Briefly

Oulun Jooga ry (Oulu Yoga Society) was founded in 1974 and has now 300 members. Our yoga teachers give hatha yoga classes in Oulu and neighbouring areas. Yoga groups gather once a week. More than 50 groups started last fall. There are groups both for beginners and for those who have practised yoga longer.

We also arrange other activities related to yoga.
